Our focus is on the acquisition, development and construction of apartments and holiday homes in Croatia. As a member of the EU, the Mediterranean country of Croatia offers the necessary legal security. Additionally, Croatia is also known for the high quality of its service and hospitality.
In terms of transport Croatia is very well developed and can be easily reached from Western and Central Europe, which is why so many guests from Austria, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and other Central and Eastern European countries like to spend their holidays on the Croatian Mediterranean coast.
As of January 1st, 2023, Croatia is adopting the euro as its official currency. In addition, as of January 1st, 2023, Croatia will also become a member of the Schengen area. This means that border and payment transactions will be made much easier and Croatia will become even more attractive both as a business location and as holiday destination.

Our decision to establish MANNLICHER CONSULTING d.o.o. in 2022, resulted from a business trip to the Croatian Mediterranean coast in autumn 2021 where while visiting our business friends we were able to experience the special life quality of having a second home by the sea.
Thanks to our excellent contacts, together with our business partners, we have managed in quite a short time to acquire three exclusive building plots in Lovran, not far from Opatija, which do not only enjoy a unique location, but also offer a breathtaking view over Opatija and Rijeka.

Our first three projects are located in Lovran, a famous health destination with special climate as well as a popular seaside resort located about 5 km south of Opatija. All three project properties are located on a slight slope and have their own access road. The terraced arrangement of the plots, makes it possible to erect the buildings (houses) at different heights. The individual structures each consist of 2-3 units (townhouses and penthouses), with each unit having its own swimming pool (townhouse) or whirlpool (penthouse), ample open spaces (private gardens/terraces) and (at least partially) unobstructed sea views.
With all that in mind we are convinced that these planned units will offer their future residents the necessary relaxation from the stressful everyday working life. In times of lockdowns and exit restrictions, a second home on the Croatian Adriatic also conveys a certain feeling of freedom.
